Laura Hutton
Nursery Manager
Wildflower Whitburn Day Nursery and Pre-school is led by Laura Hutton, who has built her early years career within the nursery over the past 15 years.
Laura began her journey at the nursery in 2011 as an apprentice and has progressed through a range of roles, including Qualified Practitioner, Head of Room, and Deputy Manager, before stepping into the role of Nursery Manager.
Having spent her whole early years career within the setting, Laura brings a deep understanding of the nursery, the team, and the families it supports.
She holds a BA in Childhood Practice and is passionate about creating opportunities for children to experience meaningful learning in a nurturing environment.
Starting nursery is an important step, and we take time to support each child through that transition.
Our settling process is gradual, flexible, and guided by your child's individual needs, helping them build confidence at a pace that feels right.
